Hourly Rate & Payment Information

Price List & Terms

1. Hourly Rate
• Standard rate: €50 per hour (excluding materials).
• Rush rate: €65 per hour if the deadline is within three weeks or less.

2. Determining Hours
• The number of hours to be worked is determined in advance and cannot be revised by either party after agreement.
• This hourly rate applies only to smaller assignments.

3. Exclusive Designs
• For exclusive designs, a fixed total price will be agreed upon in advance, based on the standard hourly rate.

4. Material Costs
• Material costs depend on the client's preferences.
• A typical estimate is around €500, but this may vary depending on the materials chosen.
• A detailed estimate or quote can be provided upon request.

Payment Terms

1. Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required upon confirmation of the assignment.

2. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery of the outfit.

3. Payment in Installments
If preferred, the remaining balance can be paid in up to three installments. This agreement will be specified on the invoice. By agreeing to the invoice, the installment plan becomes official, including clear deadlines for each payment.

4. Full Payment at Once
Full payment in one go is of course also possible. In that case, the full amount must be received before the outfit is delivered.

The quote must be approved no later than one month before the deadline. Ideally, the process should start three months in advance of the deadline. Good to know that you can read in the terms that there is a difference in price depending on the time until the deadline.

Depending on which dress you would like to rent, it is 9 out of 10 times possible to make small adjustments to the size.

The outfit must be returned within a week after the event for which the outfit is rented, unless otherwise agreed. If you exceed the return deadline, additional fees will be charged.
